Ordering Options Explained

The Standard Passport Design (US) includes 16 pages (14 pages of activities + 2 notes pages) plus a United States passport style cover with Rotary International branding (front) and blank back.

Also available is a Canadian version of the Standard Design with a cover resembling the new Canadian Passport (2023 release). This version was designed with input from a District Membership chair in British Columbia.

Custom cover options require design and printing of only the quantity ordered. Bulk quantities are preferred to keep the pricing feasible. This option is usually chosen by District representatives ordering on behalf of multiple clubs.

Various options allow for clubs and Districts to customize the booklet contents. Each option requires varying design time, so we’ve priced them accordingly to cover such costs.

  1. Change the activities and/or conversation topics (text-only changes)
  2. Full Redesign (reconfigured layout, page order, custom graphics and text)
  3. Non-English language versions (submit the translation to help expand the program; cover redesigned to match country passport style)
