Three sets of activities are included to facilitate the sharing of Rotary with connections and to connect the Rotarian with club information.
The Public Image or Marketing Chair gets the Rotarian connected to the club's social media channels and collects information from the Rotarian so that the club can share their decision to join Rotary via social media.
In some clubs, post-project reporting includes completing a project summary/report with photos that can be shared in a club newsletter, club assembly, and social posts. If this is applicable, this Public Image process is shared with the new Rotarian.
A meeting with the Programs Chair ensures that the member gets put in the queue for a 'Craft Talk' and has the opportunity to invite connections that are a good fit to be speakers at meetings or programs.
A meeting with the Membership Chair should reveal opportunities to share Rotary with others, resources to invite colleagues to Rotary, and collection of new Rotarian feedback either verbally or via an online survey form.
